I see the Scotch Courts have obtained an undertaking from the delusional PM that he will write to the EU asking for an extension under Article 50. Was he lying when he said we were leaving the EU come what may, deal or no deal.point nine one eight wrote: ↑Fri Oct 04, 2019 2:00 pmNowt wrong with Boris, he's the man for the job, not a dictator, your just anti English and Brexit. You need to keep up with the Courts. The undertaking was given today at the Court of Session.

Re: Tory Watch
So will it be 7-0 against Boris tomorrow ?
Or will he get it to 1-6
If its 7-0 does he resign ,
or will he be found in a ditch ?

Re: Tory Watch
Heh - no deal fanatic John Barron appears to have let the cat out of the bag:
"All I can share with you is this: I am doing my best to persuade colleagues, the so-called Spartans who like me voted three times against Theresa May’s deal, to look at this in a favourable light. Because provided we can get that clear assurance, and I have been given it so far by people like Michael Gove and Dominic Raab, and I’m hoping to get it from the prime minister tomorrow, that we will be leaving after the trade talks, if those trade talks fail up to December 2020, on no-deal terms - as long as we can get that assurance, and I think we have done, then we’ll be supporting the deal tomorrow."
The WTO / No deal / Clean break (is it bollocks) Brexit fantasy is alive and well. And will continue to be should Boris get his deal through tomorrow.
This sh*t aint going anywhere in a hurry folks.

Re: Tory Watch
This is an interesting article by Peter Oborne - a Tory who writes for The Mail, but a decent and principled journalist. He’s pulling up the mainstream papers and broadcast media political hacks, including our favourite “No 10 source said” stenographer Kuenssberg at the Beeb, for allowing un-named Govt sources to increasingly frame stories and divert attention from important news. These journos need to stop allowing this obfuscation, but fair play to Robert Peston for engaging in a long response too.
Of course, I doubt you’s see it printed in his Daily Mail column...
