Dubai - Orient Supporters Club

I recently moved to Dubai in connection with work and queried whether there was an Orient Supporters club on a few expat groups. Managed to track down 7 other supporters here where I stream the games through the clubs service in an Irish Pub called McGettigans in Souk Madinat overlooking the Burj Al Arab (one of the more exotic places to watch Orient). We meet most Saturdays, mid week games slightly more difficult due to the time difference but wanted to put word out on here if anyone is based here who isnt aware of its existence or is over here on holiday always welcome to join.

Is there a way to private message people on here if not let me know if it is of interest to anyone and can communicate appropriately im just keen to expand it as best I can (shocked there was 8 of us to be honest).

Hi AidanO. Can I suggest you drop an email to Howard Gould at the club. He could probably arrange for an article on the Website drawing attention to your group, hopefully you will find a few more members.

Good luck with your work in Dubai, there are a lot worse places to support the O's from.

Thanks for the advice - will email Howard. Spoken with Danny regarding getting a signed shirt to hang on the wall so hopefully will have that with us soon!
