Just joined forum in September but so opinionated about a situation months ago on here.

How many identities have you had on here now?

I see we’ve entered this strange scenario where as soon as somebody questions the decision to let Spen break the rules on this board you just have to claim “you’re esteban” and that user gets banned.

This has happened before. The last time it happened the admins even admitted that they had no proof using their IP address checks but still banned the user anyway.

Why on earth is Spen so untouchable?

By the way, it’s possible to have read the forum as a guest and only have signed up for an account recently.

There seems to be no consistency with the moderation of this board.

What do the likes of Esteban & Lucky7 have to do to get thier bans overturned like Spen did? Why was this privilege exclusive to Spen?

Why was Spen allowed to break more rules after the ban and not get banned again? Meanwhile other users stay banned for the original offence.

Really is confusing stuff. Would be nice for the admins to provide some clarification. Ultimately it’s their board so they ban who they want but the rules page up front gives the impression that a fair and equal system is in place.

However Spen seems to get special treatment.

Not only that, but he is free to come on here and goad other users whenever he wants without punishment. Just look at his ball boy thread. I was clearly engaging in a civil manner on the topic and he purposely turned it into an attempt to antagonise me. It’s so blatant. Why is he allowed to get away with this?

And as quick as Esteban's latest username is banned, we receive yet another new registration from a generic gmail account.

The initial decision not to ban Spen666 during his spat with Esteban was due to Esteban's emailed admission that he instigated his original argument with Spen purely to get him banned. It's obvious that this continues to be his mission.

For the time being, new registrations are not being accepted from generic hotmail / gmail addresses. Neither PJ or I really have time to be checking every registration in depth.
