Well your certainly nailing your colours to the mast about Nolan, wish I had your conviction, me I'd go for Russell again, he is more experienced and knows the club pretty well, we need someone to steady the ship, you never know he might even add a promotion to his cv.

Stephan Constantine has absolutely no proven managerial experience in our Division.
Whilst he was first team coach at Millwall for the 2005/2006 season they were relegated at the end of the season.
I can’t believe the owners would be so negligent as to appoint him .

He’s a great manager who gets the best out of players who want to improve.
He was always on a hiding to nothing at Millwall with various factors impacting on the work he was trying to do.
His record at international level is amazing and I see no reason why he can’t continue that at club level.

Unless you are Stephen Constantine (his agent or a family member) i can't see how you could possibly have a clue on the points you've made.

McMahon’s contract runs out at the end of the season so it won’t be much if anything at all.
He has only won 2 games out of 11 so they might be glad to get rid of him.

I learnt more from him in a season than I did from any other manager/coach in my whole career.

Given a chance he will succeed.
