Wrightbus the company that built many of the buses on London streets has collapsed leaving hundreds unemployed and the local community devestated. Oddly £18 million was taken out of the company by the owners to fund a huge new evangelical church surrounded by its own community of homes and shops. God moves in mysterious ways.

Re: Wrightbus
They were standing hand in hand with the DUP and Boris during the Brexit campaign, owners are members of the Orange order. They bragged about how leaving the EU would be great, that most of their customers are from Britain. They didn't factor in that Brexit uncertainty would lead to a slowdown in new orders. Ian Paisley Jr, should be in jail for the self dealing he has been at. Since the Brexit vote, most if Northern Ireland's most well known private businesses are on the brink or gone under aka Shorts and Harland and Wolf (Titanic builders). I feel for the workers.Mikero wrote: ↑Fri Sep 27, 2019 9:59 am Wrightbus the company that built many of the buses on London streets has collapsed leaving hundreds unemployed and the local community devestated. Re: Wrightbus
I wonder what has caused all this uncertainty? If only a deal had been done already.
Shame as the buses are lovely

Re: Wrightbus
I think anyone would be uncertain with the threat of a border being set up again and the Good Friday Agreement falling apart. They can not have much confidence in their politicians either. Stormont is being run by civil servants as the person reponsable for the Fuel fiasco refused to step down, despite evidence of malpractice and sheer stupidity.
