One thing you can say about Ross, he is an honourable fella and has put the club first. Hats off to you sir.
Anybody feel as i’ve Mentioned in an earlier post that Ross has been let down a bit by the players.
They’ve given 100% but there have been some poor performances and I don’t include Sam Ling in this as he’s much improved over last season.
I think as well that we lost some games quite narrowly. If JMD had scored the penalty against Crewe we probably have got at least a point.
So fine margins really, we deserved to beat Stevenage but just couldn’t score, and probably deserved a point against Crawley.
Thanks for your efforts Ross.
Can you now tell us the lottery numbers you self righteous pr1ck
Think I'm seriously done with this board & the poison & negativity on here.
Not too sure about the poison, but right now it’s hard not to be negative when you look at performances and goals conceded. Yes, we all know we nearly lost the club, last year we were champions and it’s our first year back in L2 so nobody expects too much but we are shipping goals for fun, form over the last 4 games puts us bottom and one win in the last 9 following the opening day.
I think a little negativity is understandable.
It is also sad in many ways what Ross has felt he needed to do. Right now I bet he is feeling down too, I’m damn sure he wanted better and worked his socks off to get it, but it wasn’t to be.

Imagine singling The Samling out from all our players this season
Sad it didn’t work out. But the points on the board suggest it was not clicking properly. Much respect to RE for a) stepping in when asked to in such difficult circumstances and b) stepping back down voluntarily now.

Whoever takes over I'd imagine things will be a lot more boring, Orient are averaging what 3/4 goals every game
Sadly 2 of those 3 or 4 always seem to land up in the back of our net

Shocking post. Go ahead and do us all a favour and start your flounce.
Oh come on Dis, did you really think it was necessary for a 'told you so' post.
Seems very funny the amount of truly shocking posts that are made on here & as soon as someone defends the club or person, the perpetrators go into snowflake mode.
There's a lot of ifs & buts, but individual errors cost us several points that would probably see us comfortable in mid table. RE has done an admirable job getting the club through an extremely tough period to a point where he sees fit that someone else can now come in & lift us up the table.
Thank you Ross

Respect for Ross. Did what he could and once realised it wasn’t working said so, but in a way that allows the club time to select his successor.
It’s going to be tough managing the team for the next few weeks with all this stuff going on. He is demonstrating great courage and loyalty.
Us fans need to and I’m sure will do the same. Go along and support the club. Let’s get some more points on the board
Correct.
But you forget to plead with the fans to lay off abusing his wife.
