What are you Watching Today Part 2
Hi all, currently suffering from as my wife put it man flu, the truth be told my throat hurts like mad, my nose is running like a river and my head is banging like a steel drum!!
Nevermind, so that leaves us with what to do? So I thought I would catch up on season 7 of the Arrow, currently 7 episodes in today and up to number 14 a few more to go to get current!
Then I will need to find something else to watch. Been told that Karate Kid the series is very good, anyone seen it? Apparently it has original cast members from the original film, sounds quite cool.

Plan to watch the final episode of Series 1 of Bodies on the iPlayer. Saw it when it came out in 2001? and you can see why Jed Mercurio is so in demand these days.

Re: What are you Watching Today Part 2
I've just finished the first series of Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency on Netflix.
Much as I hate to admit it, the Yank version is far superior to the Stephen Mangan one. Well recommended.

Just watched episode 3 of Game of Thrones. Good episode the best of this series so far, the filming was very dark not sure why they filmed it like that. The dragon battles were poor to be honest and expected a bit more from them in there showdown. Everything is set nicely for next week.

Re: What are you Watching Today Part 2
I have recorded Catch 22 and will watch it tonight. I'd be insane not to.
This is one of my favourite books of all time which I read when I was 17. The Mike Nichols film of the 70s was such a disappointment. Alan Arkin wasn't a very good Yossarian and was no match for the character I had built up in my head.
I can still remember the night it was on the telly and leaving my girlfriend 's to go home early to watch it with my old man.

Re: What are you Watching Today Part 2
Watched the film "Journeyman" last night, starring Paddy Considine and Jodie Whittaker. It tells the story of a boxer who suffers
a brain injury during a bout and his subsequent struggle for recovery, and the effect on himself and his family.
For those of you who like movies I strongly recommend you to see this film. British cinema at it's very best.
