Evening all,

Unfortunately work commitments have meant that I’ve not had much opportunity to follow every thread recently. I’ve logged on after a hard days graft tonight to be greeted by a number of posts that have been reported - some valid, some that seem to be driven by personal grudges.

The unfunny PAM has been perma banned this afternoon. I’ve had my reservations that this wasn’t the original P&M. Regardless outright provocative posting, be it racist, sexist or anti Semitic etc can’t and won’t be tolerated.

Faith’s thread on the club’s reaction has been deleted - I can only hope that some of the posts in that thread were made in the heat of the moment following today’s defeat as it wasn’t a thread that reflected well on anyone. I’m not interested in going over it here but would ask again for everyone to think before posting emotively.

As I’ve stated previously, it really isn’t in my interest to be flinging bannings around - neither PJ or I are here as much as we’d like to and we are reliant on all boarders to behave in an acceptable manner.

Lastly, the term immoderator really isn’t amusing anymore. Obviously not everyone will agree with calls we make but please bear in mind the fact that we have lives away from here and can’t always respond to everything immediately.

Hardly a secret that my politics falls left of centre. Doesn’t mean I’m going to start banning right wingers does it.

I think I hit a raw nerve with the Moderators ( please note my phrasing ). But really, some people were getting away with anything. Saying that people who support Orient really support another team, was MEGA inflammatory. Please note on another thread, that our away support is of epic proportions. We are a fine bunch really, but put some people in charge of a keyboard & well.......
