Told t F Off
Paid my money and sat in the North stand at Colchester.
It appeared to me and all around me that Dean Brill told us all to F off. Tempers are running high but if that's what he said then it's totally out of order. Defence in first half was a shambles it can not carry on. The management of the team have had weeks to sort out the frailties on defending,

Should have waited for him in the McDonald’s down the road. Out of order considering his form. Must have been frustrated with conceding yet another soft goal.
Time for Sarge to get a chance, if only for Brill to get his head right. He hasn’t been the same all season. Whether that’s the step up or the loss of Justin I don’t know, but either way, give him some time off.

Re: Told t F Off
The language is no big deal in itself. Fans dish it out too. But if true it does signify to me an underlying issue this being the player knows it’s not going well, realises Ross is under pressure, then decides to hit back when the criticism starts.
Understandable but unprofessional in my opinion.
All is not well in the camp, the players support Ross and are probably busting a gut to support him. But players, like the fans, can see it just ain’t working. Despite all this training ground effort.
The question is whether Ling and the Board can see it, yet, or not. Ross will get loads more time, especially whilst we remain points above the drop.

Re: Told t F Off
Brill was getting stick. Mainly for kicking it directly out for the umpteenth time.
I've no concern that he gave some back. Not at all. Pleased he did as it shows he cares.
What is concerning is the frustration amongst the players. You can see it simmering and a few times it boiled over today.
Everyone is treading on eggshells and won't do anything tricky in case they're dropped. This is down to the management having absolutely no idea what the best team is or how to play certain players or what combination works.
The midfield collective being the biggest issue. We need width but have no wide players except Brophy. So we become imbalanced.
Nobody knows where to play JMD. What is Wright? Attacking or holding? Gorman our best midfielder was dropped today. Dennis isn't a midfielder so won't provide cover. Where does Clay fit in?

It's bizarre . Gorman has struggled for form since he arrived at Orient and as soon as he does, he's dropped.Tent Keague wrote: ↑Sat Sep 21, 2019 8:02 pm Brill was getting stick. Mainly for kicking it directly out for the umpteenth time.

This is Justins Squad & the players bought in were agreed on the list of players wanted if we lost some of ours.Tent Keague wrote: ↑Sat Sep 21, 2019 8:02 pm Brill was getting stick. Mainly for kicking it directly out for the umpteenth time.

Could the players be getting wound up by losing games & leads due to mistakes by individuals week in week out.
Management must take responsibility, but so must players.

Re: Told t F Off
I thought Gorman was going to get a real run of games, that he shouldnt have been taken off in any of the previous 2 games, starts on the bench and Clay is taken on over him today. Bizarre to be honest. He had been creating chances and had a couple of assists and we then dropped points in those games he was taken off prematurely. Perhaps, they thought it was to avoid a suspension but if that was the case, why was he dropped today? Ross was even asked after the last game, why was Gorman taken off, was he injured? Ross said it was purely tactical. The players need consistency from a manager too.tuffers#1 wrote: ↑Sat Sep 21, 2019 7:26 pmPossibly the players are f*ckdd off at abuse by supporters .dOh Nut wrote: ↑Sat Sep 21, 2019 7:14 pm The language is no big deal in itself. No doubt about it the Goal keeper and defenders overall are struggling to get up to league 2 standard.

Im not.standing up for ross or the owners in general,
But did Ross really want to be in this position.
Or indeed did any of the players want waht happened .
We are finding a new identity with what Justin left us .
The frustration the arguing are all leading to 1nof 2 possibilties ,
We fail or we crack on , i think we will get a win & roll on from there , if im wrong then we will have someone new by November & who knows where we will go then.

Is this the same group of supporters who have followed the club en-masse over the dark times, bought near record number of season tickets and travelled in numbers spending lots of money in the process to away games. And praised regularly by management. When we see what’s happening to the club we have every fecking right to get pissed off. Relegation will be the near death of the club as we know it. The club is worth fighting for and sometimes anger is the only tool we have.

Tuffers either works for the club, is someone’s dad there or just hasn’t got a clue.
It’s tireless week in week out. Just ignore.
