This game is made for James Alabi to hit a late equaliser.
Actually, I'd love that to happen but I won't be holding my breath.

I agree the defence and goalkeeping has been a shambles this year.
Personally I feel the additions of Angol, Wilkinson and Dennis as really good signings up front. Wringht too is Ok in the middle. The club has done well in replacing Bonne and Koroma. As well as could be reasonably expected. Alabi is on a 2 year deal so we are stuck with him. If we can’t shift him, may as well see what he can add.

So knocking the club over the loss of Bonne and Koroma is Bolox.

The defence had not really been strengthened and based on last season it’s easy to see why. A tight fisted defence who worked well as a group. Decent individuals but made stronger by the way they worked together. And it’s that togetherness that’s gone to pot. All of a sudden they have become a clueless bunch of individuals and not a coherent team.

That needs fixing but I doubt Ross has the ability to do that. We will continue to ship goals and listen to the “we need to get better” crap we hear all the time.
You are talking crap. Give me the evidence that Wilkinson is an adequate replacement to Bonne. Angol has been ok but Koroma was on fire for large parts of last season. Wright has been rubbish and was pelted by fans at previous clubs. You pigeon hole your anger at Ross if you want. We have gone up a division and have a weaker team. What management allow that to happen.
You are completely missing the point. We had no choice with Bonne and Koroma who exercised contract clauses to leave. The club could do nothing to keep them. So the club cannot be criticised for something they had no control over.

The replacements are, therefore, as good as we could have reasonably expected to get. That isn’t suggesting they are better just reasonable replacements from the pool available. Personally I really like Angol.

As for pigeon holing my anger at Ross. You really don’t read my posts where I have often and stupidly tbh supported him. He was the wrong choice from day one but having got the gig I’ve more often than not supported him. However, there are clear issues with our defence and our organisation in general and I’ve seen very little thus far to suggest he is the right man for the job. Have you? Has anybody? And all the while we languish in the bottom third with a team, based on what I’ve seen in L2, should be capable of mid table at least. I would love Ross to succeed. But he don’t inspire confidence.

Clay replaced Gorman in the last 2 games now coming on before him, strange. Hope he scores now.

Need to get another striker on, and soon.

Gotta a good feeling that if they don't put the game beyond us we can steal a point

We are now 5 points off the bottom spot, how much longer can disaster continue before Embleton is replaced, bearing in mind how long it will take to interview those interested and make a final decision.

Funny thing is, any new manager coming in will have seen that Ross is tactically weak, some question marks on whether he can motivate the players, or if he could even get a job in the League without his mentor, yet he will be expected to accept him as his assistant.

Would hope that if or when the day does come where we have to change Ross gets shifted into the academy side.

Still can’t see Ross getting replaced. The excuses will be rolled out. Won’t be his fault.

Alabi on for Dennis..... dunno what the formation is now.

Either we equalise or they nick the decider.

Yes it does, in a nutshell. As good as game over . So effectively we're now down to ten men while somebody better is left sitting on the bench . FFS, get a new manager Orient.

Marsh gets a yellow card every game.

Another defeat. Frankly we didn't look like being good enough.

Not quite the pasting it could've been but another loss.

It was said wait 10 games to see where we're at. Spiralling down the table, now 21st, conceding goals for fun and our only decent striker injured for a prolonged spell. Time for a change.

I'm calling it now, Ross steps down over the weekend but gets announced early next week.

Didn't expect to win this, a draw would have been nice.

Next game against Port Vale is real important now. If we do not win that I think the pressure will be on Ross big time.

Just can't see us keeping a clean sheet at the moment.

We were 6 points off the bottom before today so it's strange that you're crying about a 5 point gap now.

So 5 points off the bottom spot is better than 6 points of the bottom spot ?

It's OK, the optimists will say we're only 8 points off the play-offs :?
