Return of the Hammy pull
After a record breaking number of hamstring pulls and tweaks last season, I thought it was a thing of the past.
Only for our one highlight of the season, Angol, to have his go in a sprint against Nicky f*cking Adams.
Any news on how bad it is? We really can’t afford to be without him for any length of time.

Massive trouble if he’s out for any length of time. Obviously Ling assumes we wouldn’t get any injuries up front this season.

Yep. Could be a bleak autumn. Hopefully we won't bring him back early and risk it going again but we might have to.Apple Wumble wrote: ↑Wed Sep 18, 2019 8:36 am Massive trouble if he’s out for any length of time. Obviously Ling assumes we wouldn’t get any injuries up front this season.

Wilkinson did well when he came on and we have at least 3 other strikers.

One is 35 with no pace
One is Alabi
There might be 3 bodies there but none you'd want starting in a 4-3-3 formation relying on trickery and movement.
Sotiriou is probably our best hope now, which says all you need to know about our strength in depth upfront

Wilkinson’s MOTM award was the highlight of last night.
