Re: India Pakistan Watch
We need Trumpet to use all of his diplomacy skills to defuse this situation immediately. After ending the Ukrainian war in his first day in office this should be piece of cake for him

Re: India Pakistan Watch
I look forward to the fallout on the streets of UK cities if this thing continues to escalate. However, these two are always having a falling out.

Re: India Pakistan Watch
Looks like the third front in WW3 has opened up tonight. Missiles now flying. I still think Ukraine is the most important front, but India v Pakistan is going to bring tensions to the streets of some UK cities.

I know nothing about this but going to take Indias side as Pakistan have been doing dodgy sh*t for ages. Can someone confirm if India are they the goodies or baddies?

Re: India Pakistan Watch
Well, Starmer's just struck a trade deal with India, so I guess they'll just have to be the goodies for now. And Hindu Nationalists are a fraction of a degree cooler than the Islamo-Facists. So I fully expect the purple-haired mob to march in support of Pakistan.
But, with both countries having a significant migrant population in Birmingham, I'm worried this could escalate into serious riots, causing millions of pounds worth of improvements.

Great. That's all the world needs right now. Two countries, next to each other both nuclear armed, could just be the catalyst.

"Community Leaders" klaxon:
In the Commons, British Foreign Office minister Hamish Falconer told MPs:
"The British Pakistani and British Indian communities make a huge contribution to this country. We recognise this will be a difficult time for many.
We look to all community and faith leaders to spread a message that now is a time for coming together across religious and ethnic differences."

That's the sort of flippant remark I'd expect from a racist.

Re: India Pakistan Watch
It has been reported that several civilians have already been killed in this new India/Pakistan conflict, and presumably some of those civilians are innocent women and children which is an extremely regrettable byproduct of all wars.
Yet no comment, so far, in this informative thread from the likes of Bonio, Qim, Max B Gold, George M or Jeremy Bentham.
One can only surmise, therefore, that they are all tied up trying to secure their Stockport away tickets, or they are all far too busy doing their India/Pakistan research to establish whether this latest conflict meets their FAGZ agenda.

I restrict myself to only commenting on Genocidal conflicts these days.MalvoliO wrote: ↑Thu May 08, 2025 8:53 am It has been reported that several civilians have already been killed in this new India/Pakistan conflict, and presumably some of those civilians are innocent women and children which is an extremely regrettable byproduct of all wars.

You know, like the one in Israel where there is an ongoing murderous attempt to eradicate the Palestinian nations men, women and children. HTH.
