12.30 KO first leg v Stockport.
Why 12.30 for important match?
Does anyone at EFL ever think of
the practicalities of getting to Brisbane Road, particularly as Leyton station is closed!

Re: 12.30 KO first leg v Stockport.
Can we limit how many we give them. Is the minimum we have to give 10% so 800/900? Is there anyway we can chop up the away end and give some of that to home fans? Maybe the bottom section?

Times and dates are set way before the play offs are decided - not EFLs fault this one.

Re: 12.30 KO first leg v Stockport.
Our ground layout makes it difficult to segregate in the South wing of the east stand but I think we did it for the Braintree game. I suspect if we cut the away allocation they will follow by doing the same on the Wednesday.Hoover Attack wrote: ↑Sun May 04, 2025 6:54 am Can we limit how many we give them. Usual away allocation of 1250 confirmed on their site. Seems a bit unfair if we only get the usual 900 for their away end.

I can't find anything about this on TFL App or Website.

Re: 12.30 KO first leg v Stockport.
Is it a 12.30 ko because its on the telly?
I did consider coming down for this game but the train is £186 return. FFS. By the time I buy a ticket, half'n'half scarf Commemerative RW action manager figure, scran and drinks doubt I would have much change from 300 bucks. So NOW it is.

Limited time to play the games and they are all televised.
Never really understand peoples annoyance to the odd 12.30 game. It’s not an 8am kick off ffs, just leave 2.5hrs earlier

OK if you live locally but living on the south coast with no central line it will be a similar departure time as for yesterday around 08.15 unless I drive but then parking problems, congestion charge etc.Rich Tea Wellin wrote: ↑Sun May 04, 2025 10:12 am Limited time to play the games and they are all televised.

Re: 12.30 KO first leg v Stockport.
Agree one of biggest games for a while but followed four days later with another ridiculous time 8.00pm ko , no public transport.
11 days 3 matches 1,100 miles yes I’ll probably do all that add in hotel accommodation in Stockport cost over £500+ Does the EFL ever think of the fans or just the tv companies and money.
Perhaps they should ban away fans from both matches and allow a full stadium for home fans only and then screen the away fixture on a large screen at home.

But TV or the EFL don’t care about the fans,
Our fans will struggle getting a train from Stockport at around 10pm after the away game

Re: 12.30 KO first leg v Stockport.
Stockport have been given 1250 tickets, with priority given to those season ticket holders who have attended 10 or more away matches and so on and so forth.

I’m an O’s fan, Stockport fans are quite capable of answering for themselves. At least their away game is possible to do though will involve very early start.
Make both matches home fans only and screen the match live at the away ground. More home seats for everyone, more money for home club, huge savings for away fans.

Or - why not leave it as it is, and those who are able to travel, and can get a ticket, are able to support their team in the stadium? (as it's been since God was a boy)

When we went to Wembley in 2014 - there was a bloke selling Os scarves outside Leytonstone Tube, East Side, I thought "by God, we have made it!"

Mate, we could have all gone to watch the live screening at Brisbane Road on our digital board instead. All the fun without the travel!HackneyO wrote: ↑Sun May 04, 2025 12:49 pmYeah because yesterday would have been great if we couldn’t have gone.
