Brophy for Widdowson and Wright for Gorman and that'd be mine too. Can't help but feel that Gorman is being overrated because he isn't a regular starter.

Brophy isn't a left back though is he. I'd like to see Gorman given a run to show what he can do.

Brill

Judd Coulson Happe Widdowson

Gorman Marsh Clay

Angol Wilkinson Dennis

I’d happily take Brophy and JMD in those wide positions and rotate them all.

You're right, but with that formation and a deep lying defensive centre mid I'd rather put Brophy in there as someone that can advance and drive play. Marsh can provide deep cover when Brophy does go forward. Widdowson would feature situationally but I feel (and always have) is a quite limited player.

Pretty much this but swapping Happe for Coulson and Wright for Gorman.

Strange how 'are you a League manager, no so shut up!' doesn't come into this now.

I have to agree an overhaul is needed and some big players have to be dropped and some variation of 4-2-3-1 or 4-3-3 is needed.

At present I'd bin Brill, Coulson, Clay and Wilkinson from the side. Marsh is a bit of a gamble really, an unknown quantity, but we are badly short in this area, it is telling how everyone would include him.

Exeter are gonna be tough, like Swindon apparently they should have won by a bigger margin against Carlisle and were in complete control.

I can't see Ross making the huge changes, and also showing respect to Exeter. Not being thrashed for a second game in a row is quite important for his job prospects.

I reckon a draw would be seen as a big success so I think we'll set up 4-5-1 with either Wilkinson or Harrold up front and Dennis/Angol in the wide positions to try and get the knockdowns. Won't be pretty but needs must at the moment, and a hard-working 0-0 would be seen as progress.

You can't have Happe, Marvin and Marsh as 3 of your central 4. Too little experience, too little leadership.

Brill
Ling -- Ekpiteta -- Happe -- Widdowson
Wright -- Clay
Dennis -- Brophy -- JMD
Angol

As long as 3 out of 4 of Dennis, Brophy, JMD and Angol are on the pitch in their correct positions, I will be happy.

Don’t really get why anyone would want to leave Josh Coulson out of the current team!
