Wireless Earbuds

Post by BIGRON »

Would like a pair of these but as your probably aware I'm absolutely useless at technical stuff. How easy is it to download music on to my phone an listen to it with these buds , can someone explain in easy steps how to do it cos I wouldn't have clue where to start , many thanks 👍

I've got hearing aids, they are bad enough to get working as they are supposed to, so I can't help.

have you tried looking on YouTube - there is bound to be a video or three about how to do what you are looking for. Good luck.

Stick them in and switch on Bluetooth and you're good to go. Pay for a monthly plan like Spotify and you'll have all the music you need and more.

I currently use the Sony wf-1000xm4 buds and love them.

No need to spend a lot to get decent quality either, I have an Anker pair I got on offer from Amazon for about £20 that are great

These are fantastic Ron, and the only pair you will ever need.

Expensive but I have tried all the usual suspects and these surpass all.

Or, if you're not a fussy listener, as others have said these days an Amazon pair may do a job you'll be satisfied with.

Like most of us, you're probably half deaf Ron, so there's no point paying big bucks. Just go for a brand you've heard of.

Downloading music isnt really a thing anymore, you need to use a streaming service like Spotify or amazon music.

All these earbuds are crap. They just keep falling out of the ears. I use wireless earphones.

I believe you can get free versions of Amazon Music & Spotify but with adverts. I'm more into Jazz so just listen to Jazz FM or Radio 5 Live or Talk Sport their Apps which are free

I don't like the ones with rubber ends.
Once out running I lost the earbud but the rubber bit was stuck in my ear and fishing it out was unpleasant.
Also losing one is very easy, so I wouldn't recommend expensive ones as mid price ones are as good to me, having been deafened by Motorhead in my youth.

Ron, don’t bother mate. Just get some with a wire that you can plug into your phone - you’ll lose them/forget to charge them etc.

Yes, but you can buy an adapter that plugs into the charging port.

That used to happen to me, but I solved it by just playing the sound through my phone speaker at full volume.

I've got a set of Mixx earbuds that some careless person left behind in the taxi.

Quick clean with some Covid era sterilising gel and they're as good as new and best of all free.

You're doing it wrong I'm afraid.

Used earbuds for years, including during gym sessions and cycling and never fallen out. Not once. Get a pair that fit and you will be able to relinquish wires for good.

I've always used the ones with the hook over your ears, and they never fall out either. Batteries last ages and the carrying case has a good back-up store of power too.
