If he did he would have negotiated in good faith for their release instead of assassinating one of the Hamas chief negotiators as talks were going on.

You cannot call it Genocide. It has a legal definition and the word can only be used with Israel’s blessing . In addition to this there are still more than 100 Palestinians left so it’s little more than a skirmish.

Seeing as it is now over 24 hours since 28-year-old British civilian hostage Emily Damari was released by the Hamas jihadist terrorist militia of Gaza and none of the usual suspects has posted here about the news, I thought I would do the honours.

I remember in the 1980s when British hostage Terry Waite was featured in the nightly news on at least a weekly basis while he was being held hostage by Lebanon's Islamic Jihad Organisation (had to Google the name of that terrorist militia and it appears they were a precursor to Hezbollah). Yet here we are, nearly 40 years later and the name Emily Damari only became known to many of us just 24 hours ago during her release. How times change...

I'd also wonder why there has been so little made of the many Palestinians held without trial in Israeli jails. They are also victims of oppression and terrorism I'd contend.

It's good to see hostages, from both sides, being released. It's just a shame that Netanyahu and chums felt it necessary to first murder tens of thousands of civilians before they were compelled to agree to a ceasefire. I suppose there's not much left of Gaza for them to destroy.
