Tuesday night football
Should we beat Stevenage next Tuesday, and win the next round, when we play Rotherham Tues 4 Mar, it will be our eighth consecutive Tuesday match. A good job we have a large squad to handle all these matches.

Re: Tuesday night football
I thought this thread was going to be about whether Tuesday is the right night to play midweek games.
Don't shoot me but I think it should be Wednesday nights. There I've said it.
Why do we play on a Tuesday night?

Because it is 3 days plus about 2 and half after a Saturday game. Playing on Wednesday means there is less than 3 days until we play again on a Saturday afternoon.Max B Gold wrote: ↑Fri Jan 17, 2025 7:18 pm I thought this thread was going to be about whether Tuesday is the right night to play midweek games.
