"So you agree with me as i said from the begining , that Oranges are ORANGE ".
The board :
"I only said Apples can be green in Colour".
SPEN:
"So you agree with me , as i stated earlier & legally am correct in my view , while you were wrong".

Re: Spen vs the board , The life & times
Except the situation is 100% opposite.
I said Epstein had as many rape convictions as you and I
You and others took issue with my saying that
PS why are you starting yet another thread about my stating that Epstein has as many rape convictions as you & I.
I am sure the majority of people dont want yet another thread about this

I take issue with the incorrect use of 'I' instead of 'me' in that statement.

Spen:
Are you suggesting that it’s illegal to wrongly describe, in conversation, the colour of fruit?
Ex1) “All of the oranges in my fruit bowl are blue.”
Please cite which law(s) is/are broken by this statement.
Citations for successful convictions for the ‘offence’ would be appreciated.

Ah & herein lies the problem of the less legally minded experts , it is a well known FACT
That putting Oranges in any kind of bowl that is not made of gold shows the Oranges as if they are blue,
But in reality (under sub section 14 b paragraph 1
Of the fruit & veg statute book) this is caused by reflective negative matter caught within the carbon
Of the said bowl .
Either that or they are rotten .
In any case i stand before you in all my legal glory accepting your applause from below on the mastery
of law in all things Spen .
I rest my case & still he has been convicted of eating as much fruit as either you or I !!

Re: Spen vs the board , The life & times
I am very grateful to my learned friend for his reference to the fruit & veg statute.
However, The Crown, notes that provision is made within the Citrus and Succulents Act of 1901 (Sec 4 para 3) for ‘the bowl’ to be made of “..lesser or base metal should gold not be available or reasonably affordable to the peasantry. In extreme cases a ceramic, glazed vessel may be employed. Such a vessel may serve other, additional uses, particularly in the bed-chamber at night time and during inclement weather. ”
It is the Crown’s position that such a secondary use, coupled with inadequate cleaning, is the most likely explanation for the fruit rotting.

Here's another one for Spen to ponder. Does supermarket fruit like, peaches, nectarines and plums ever ripen, because what I buy
from supermarkets these particular fruits are still like cannon balls even after two weeks?

The thing is, even if he did turn out to really be a solicitor, he's still an annoying, pedantic willy isn't he. If I ever needed legal representation I'd be perfectly happy not to have Spen on speed dial.....
