No it's not, aircraft noise is not a statutory nuisance. Buying a house near a stadium/pub/club and then complaining about the noise is the height of cuntery though.

That would be when the club hires out the South Stand. A review of the licence is due Tuesday. They may lose their 1.30am music licence.
