Forgive me if I’ve missed this but did the proposed “ meet the manager” session take place on Monday evening?

You know that it’s not the 14th of October yet, right?

Wonder how many legacy fans will turn up for this on a weeknight?

I have a Subaru but would not say I am a fan as such. Am told the Outback a much better model.Long slender neck wrote: ↑Wed Oct 09, 2024 2:04 pm Wonder how many legacy fans will turn up for this on a weeknight?

I hear that Richie was complaining about the budget, can't get the players he wants (think we all knew that) said he will see out his contract and try for the play offs but that was as good as it gets. Theo is going to be out for another 10 months as he has had a major set back with his knee.

Did he really say that about seeing out his contract? That’s pretty massive if he did. It means that Orient have owners who have had enough, a manager who can’t see a long term future here and a squad which is simply not up to it.Top of the JES wrote: ↑Mon Oct 14, 2024 10:57 pm I hear that Richie was complaining about the budget, can't get the players he wants (think we all knew that) said he will see out his contract and try for the play offs but that was as good as it gets. Not good signs at all.

Sounds like a thoroughly depressing evening all round if this is true.
