Been thinking about it for some time (LSN can verify this) now and have decided to leave the board. Been on here for some years and have finally had enough. Think the cowardly personal character assassination are disgraceful. Wouldn’t at all mind if they were football related but most times there not. Yes I could carry on but I have a lot better things to do with my time at the moment than argue with the vile faceless keyboard warriors on here. On leaving just a few things that come to mind that I have spoken about over the last years. I said Jacket wasn’t good enough and got thrown off the other board for saying so Southgate would never win anything. Carsley would get the job.(he’s not good enough either just a cheap option) Drinnan wasn’t good enough, Kelman isn’t good enough,Sweeney isn’t good enough. I also said Galbraith was a player after just after watching him for the 20 minutes he came on against Charlton last season. I’ve never liked and don’t like ML decisions 40% right 60% wrong. Said about the club taking over the supporters club. Yes I said Beckles should be tried up front temporarily and what happened? I said there was something wrong at the club beginning of this season due to the crap we signed.There are many things I got right and some wrong nobody is perfect. What do I see in the future for the club, we’ll put it this way we ain’t going any higher for sure. Thanks for all the truly football people that I have conversed with over the years and to the warriors and happy clappers I will obviously keep an eye on the board because you do get some interesting information posted by sensible people. And finally people think I’m Sid but can assure you I’m not because I’ve actually met the gentleman on a few occasions and had a beer with him and I’m sure LSN will again verify it. Please don’t bother with a reply. I’m done up the O’s

Said it many times, I am NOT Monkey Boy and he is NOT me. Yes I met up with him a couple of times a year or so back for a beer and a chat. He knows his stuff and has been involved in various capacity's with senior football clubs most of his life. He is a lot younger than me and a nice guy and unlike me he is still fit and injury free !! Like he said, like it or not, most of what he predicted football wise about Leyton Orient and England football team has turned out as he said it would, enough said.

Not enough said. It’s all well and good pointing out 5 things you think you’ve gotten right without posting the 100 none sense things you didn’t get right. Even the stuff he claims he was right on…

- Jacket wasn’t good enough - think a lot of people said this.
- Southgate would never win anything. Oh wow predicting England wouldn’t win anything. Bold. 2nd best England manager ever.
-Carsley would get the job. He hasn’t. And probably won’t.
- Drinnan wasn’t good enough. Think there was maybe one poster who rated him?

Having met the man in question, I dont think for one moment that he will come back on this forum using another name. He has many other things going for him other than placing comments on this forum. He even used the same MB name on the other forum. As to me being him and vise versa, well completely different people and he has far greater knowledge of football tactics, coaching than I have and he has also worked in the past for professional football clubs in various coaching capacity's.

Having met the man in person a couple of times, from what I briefly know of him, he is strong minded and IF he did suddenly comeback, would just come back as MB again, he would not into playing games coming back as an alias as many keyboard warriors do on this forum. He will be fully occupied in many other ways away from here including playing golf which he enjoys a lot.

Some people just cannot tolerate opposing views to their own. Yes, Monkey was outspoken and maybe said a few controversial things, but so what? As far as his forecasts go I don't think he was far wrong with many. Take Stan for example, now don't get me wrong, he doesn't sound like a bad bloke but I'd much rather go with mb's predictions than someone saying we're going to win every week. Someone also said that mb sounded like a miserable person. Well i don't see that at all. Anyway, he's now been hounded off the board so the happy clappies can reckon that they are now a step nearer in all agreeing with one another in such jolly unity.

He is not the first person to be bullied off here is he ! As for Mrb nothing wrong at all with him, lastly, whatever happened to freedom of speech ?
