Many people (OK, not so many as now) would still be peed off if away games got moved too. A smaller problem maybe, but still a problem.
More about lost revenue though isn’t it?
Needs to be something to attract fans to Tuesday night games……….who is gonna pay £32-35 on a wet Tuesday night when with a VPN or SKY TV they can watch from their armchair at home.
We have been unlucky this season though with each International break coinciding with our home games 🙄🙄🙄

Its impossible to play 46 league games on weekends only.

With regard to the international fixtures, surely we could have highlighted to the EFL that there are 4 weekends and the fixture list should be equitable in this regard. Not hard for someone to do their job in this regard 😡

I think I am right in saying that the EPL doesn’t pause when the African Cup of Nations is on?

In my mind it should be considered part of the game, particularly at our level. It’s a big upheaval. We don’t cancel games due to injured players. Just get on with it. If anything it evens out the competition.

I know there’s holes in my argument but I wonder if it would be better to just carry on. I reckon we are talking at most three players a club at League One level. Just not sure it’s worth all the trouble to stop.

Yep but Uddersfield probably had more and therefore we had no say.

Make the cost of Tuesday night's games cheaper - easy solution?
Also, win or lose, get the team to give a performance - less percentage play, take risks.
The game against Exeter was not an exciting watch.

Could be more of an incentive for the players if they have to meet the fans after the game
