Lack of attacking options ..

Post by Hedmans Header »

Quite evident on tonight’s performances that
when Kelman is running around on empty we
have no Plan B …
And that’s no criticism of Charlie who has started
the season very well but hey they was a time
when we could call Connor or Jabo on for the
likes of Steele or Alexander..
Jones to come on for Cooper or Robert Taylor ..

Now we just look so lacklustre in the final 3rd
Pumping balls in the box that the likes of Kelman
and Galbraith would have needed a step ladder
to get a head on ..
And so allowing the Exeter no 15 & 4 the luxury
of practically a night off and just a few occasional to mop up ..

Our only option is Sonny Perkins and I don’t think he’s ready for L1 for a while yet.

Needed another attacking option, so what do we do - sign Dom Ball and then decide to play Sean Clare in midfield.

It's become very obvious to me that Richie is has a bias towards defence over attack.

Been saying it for ages but all the happy clappers like to dig me out and get personal. Kelman will never ever be a top goal scorer. All of our recruitment in the summer were so poor apart from Claire. That’s down to the manager. The two main positions in the team were not addressed.Goalkeeper and Striker. To many injury prone players are on the books. The manager as good as he has been is obsessed with putting multiple subs on in the second half around the 60/70 minute mark each and every game which affects the continuity of the team especially yesterday when we were getting on top at that point,he also seems to get the team motivated against so called bigger teams but fails to do it against so called lower teams. So where were all these people that are complaining now when I was getting all the personal abuse on here from all the happy clappers. Until the problems that I’ve always highlighted exist in the club nothing much will change.
