Wrexham attendance

The match was a sell-out and Wrexham brought 1250 fans - so I assumed that the "additional" east side capacity would allow for c. 8950 tickets to be sold? The announced crowd was 8705 - well below the sell-outs of last season (which were around 8750)

Anyone know why this was?

Webpages football had it at 8705 - and I believe that was what got announced. Maybe they made a mistake in counting?

Presumably we can now sell the whole East Stand ??
So our capacity is around 9271 or something like that, so there were around 500 spare seats ………….
I wonder if we’ll get any 9,000 plus crowds this season ??

I think we are still waiting for the council to approve the extra % as aresult of the work done. I believe it takes a few months
