I feel we’re going to get our first draw of the season. 1-1 .
Re: Orient v Peterborough Prediction Thread OFFICIAL
Time to get some points at home. On the back of the past 2 results I'm confident we won't lose. Hope we don't give Posh too much respect.

I feel a draw coming on 2-2 with goal keeper errors on both sides.

I wonder what condition the pitch will be in after the heavy rain of the last two nights. They'll probably still put on the sprinklers before the match and at half time.

I’m hoping I am wrong but after 2 away wins only the O’s can lose at home.

High scoring draw. 2-2.
Going to be a very very low attendance (not tickets sold) tonight. For all the clubs aggressive CRM endeavours, flogging tickets on a wet Tuesday night against Posh to the casual fan for £28-35 just ain’t going to happen. If I didn’t have a ST there is no way I’d pony up that.
With a lot of midweek night matches coming up I see the ticket deals starting very soon, if the club have any savvy.

Yep, it’s surprising to see so many empty seats in the East on the booking chart, but the prices are just too high for a Tuesday night with the game being shown on TV. I’ve also got a ST and will be there but I can understand why others won’t bother.LPE wrote: ↑Tue Sep 24, 2024 8:12 am High scoring draw. 2-2.

Everyone will be there on Saturday of course and maybe ticket prices could be lowered for midweek and increased a bit for Saturday’s………….not ideal but the club must be disappointed after spending heavily on renovations in the East stand.

It will be interesting to see how he goes against Clare and Galbraith. I’m expecting a decent midfield battle.

Ticket prices need to be lowered for all matches, the price hike was ridiculous along with the banding.Cheshunto wrote: ↑Tue Sep 24, 2024 9:48 amYep, it’s surprising to see so many empty seats in the East on the booking chart, but the prices are just too high for a Tuesday night with the game being shown on TV. Won’t argue with you there.
I’m going to Spurs on Thursday (to tick it off) and my ticket was £30. Crazy that an East stand ticket would cost the casual fan at BR more.

Think you’re right ‘Poundy’ but it will be difficult for the club to do that without losing ‘face’, I thought they should some kind of ‘deal’ though to include next Tuesday’s game as well v Exeter .PoundhillO wrote: ↑Tue Sep 24, 2024 3:43 pmTicket prices need to be lowered for all matches, the price hike was ridiculous along with the banding.Cheshunto wrote: ↑Tue Sep 24, 2024 9:48 amYep, it’s surprising to see so many empty seats in the East on the booking chart, but the prices are just too high for a Tuesday night with the game being shown on TV. An adult seat tonight in the East or West Stand is £35…….madness really……casual fans won’t be tempted by this.

A STH can bring 2 mates and they pay a tenner each. Or something similar. I have two pals who wished to come and I told them the price. They told me to do one.
In other news, changing my prediction from 2-2 to a 2-1 O’s win.The ‘lucky scarf’ is having its first outing of the season tonight. Nailed on home win…
