Re: New signing Dom Ball
Why ???? We have midfielders coming out our ear holes has Warrington fallen out with Wellens? We need a permanent keeper and decent striker and who does Ling sign another injury prone midfielder. It’s run by nutters

Re: New signing Dom Ball
Finally, the experience we need in CM. Time for some proper competition in there, personally I'd move Brown to the bench for a while, maybe it's also recognition of Warrington not being ready either fitness related or otherwise

Torn cartilage in his knee.
In November 2022, a ruptured meniscus ruled Ball out for a large part of the 2022–23 season.[20] On 3 June 2023, Ipswich announced he would be leaving in the summer when his contract expired https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dominic_Ball

Got a degree by studying part time for 6 years, not easiest of things to do.Also written a book, all profits to charity.
Indicative that Dom Ball is a multi faceted individual, let’s hope it works out for everyone.

Re: New signing Dom Ball
Looks a good signing and I always like it when we sign someone who has got a promotion or two under their belt as they know what needs to be done to get promotion. Living in East Anglia he'll not have any "home-sickness problems".
Welcome Dom and good luck.

Re: New signing Dom Ball
Imagine he'll start out as more of a sub, but will probably end up being a switch.
Re: New signing Dom Ball
We need a good central striker preferably one that hasn’t been hospitalised in the last couple of seasons
Re: New signing Dom Ball
I think if you put all six in goal at the same time we couldn’t stop the opposition from scoring there that bad.Chelmsford Swimmer wrote: ↑Tue Sep 10, 2024 6:42 pmTalking of nutters, you want us to sign a sixth goalkeeper ?Monkey Boy wrote: ↑Tue Sep 10, 2024 6:21 pm Why ????
