And they still won't be satisfied and before long like 6 months the next Manager will not do something wrong like not bowing down to Nigel Farage or something
else and he will be hounded out as well.
Lee Carsley has actually won something the European Under 21 Championship in 2023 which is why he is interim Manager.
So did Southgate and he went on to win, now let me think🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔bugger all. The FA will give it to him because he’s cheap and available plus a yes man. I think infact I’m sure he will win, now let me think🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 yep bugger all.
I hate this phrase used by people ‘he’s a yes man’

So please clarify firstly, what is a Yes Man?
Secondly, why is Lee Carsley a Yes Man?
And what facts do you have to back up why Lee Carsley is a Yes Man?

Lee Carsy is one of the few who has won anything at any level for England.
And as for your choice Klopp, he has altreacy ruled himself out saying 💯 no way.

Can't see anything to 'hate' about it. A yes man is a yes man. Surely no need for a description. It's pretty obvious.

A league Manager has a chance to win 8 trophies over 2 year spell compared to a International Manager has only 1 chance to win a trophy over a 2 year spell.
So it is unlikely that Klopp will win anything with those odds against him.

Putting Carsley in charge would be doing exactly the same thing the current European champions did. He plays a more progressive style than Southgate and was successful with the under 21s.

Not sure what appointing a 'yes man' is supposed to imply really. What ulterior motive do people think the fa has when it comes to hiring an England manager other than winning tournaments?

For me Lee Carsley is as or even more qualified than any high profile manager, as he knows all the players, has previously worked with majority of the players, has won something with these players for England U21.

Just don’t understand why he is a ‘Yes Man’??????

He is his own man, he gets involved with players, and looks to be doing it his way.

Why are you so bothered what I think? you obviously think I talk rubbish so don’t bother to reply. why is Carsley? A yes man because he’s come through the FA as a typical graduate of theirs. He has no international experience he has no club experience. He has no experience with senior players or international football. There are two major trophies to win at the international level. He’s won under an under 21 title but so did Southgate and he won nothing at senior He was a typical example of how to grab defeat from the jaws of victory because he was technically inept. Carsley is out of the same mould, moulded by the FA. Saturday’s game picking Maguire over stones and picking Harry Kane when its quite obvious Harry’s had his day at international level and that says it all.tTo me now they should move heaven and earth to get Klopp but they won’t, mark my words this guy will win nothing just has Southgate won nothing, he tows the line and that’s it. Some of the supposedly hi Calibre injured players might have turned up on Saturday if Klopp was in charge. Sure we played well in the first half but the second half was diabolical and the game is over 90 minutes. The up-and-coming fixtures are a joke easily winnable so therefore he will get the job but my mark words this guy will not win a thing end of.

Even Eddie Jones, the ex rugby England manager sung the National anthem even though he was Australian.
