I've not Stated anywhere that I think Howes is a League 1 keeper.
The fact he is part of a League 1 squad & has been ever present in our named squads suggests that he is a League 1 standard keeper.
Good or Bad we don't know yet.
I'd have him in front of Hemming for the next 2 games though.

If Howes – a second choice keeper - is preferred to Hemming, then clearly we need to ship Hemming back to Boro and get in a first choice keeper. We neither need a loanee second choice keeper or two second choice keepers.
