Good player in there somewhere. His close control and ability to perform in a tight space were a sight to behold.

Just wander how much Southend are paying of his wages it can't be all of the rumoured dough he's on probably 50% at best.
Whatever the percentage, any savings will go towards bringing in another CM . He needs to be experienced and ready to go . Hopefully not another youngster . Nothing against signing youngsters but we already have enough of them . Now we need experience
I expect Donley was his replacement.
Somehow I don’t think so . Richie said he wants one more player so I think that could be Monc’s replacement

We're still a few replacements short so would be disappointed if no more come in

Needs to be an experienced player coming in, because most of last season and this Wellens was moaning about lack of it in the squad
Exactly.
This next signing needs to be a statement of intent . We need a experienced midfielder
There is so much that is strange in this situation. He talks about commuting from Bedford which is difficult ( that's my interpretation), yet he talks about moving to Essex after 1 day on LOAN at a new club. If it's a contributing factor to the out of favour stance now, then why has he not moved before to make things easier
