Indeed . One cross shot and it's a goal . All Charlton have to do on Saturday get their shots on target and they will win . Hemming has made a poor start to his Orient career .

Re: Ratings
I think that we rushed to sign a keeper but we need to give hemming time to settle in on this new formation but I do think that we rushed this position I'd he turns out to be not all that then ling we be at fault for it only time will tell

Agree about not rushing. He does all the organisational work as you'd expect a keeper, but he appears dulled at the moment. Perhaps he's having trouble right now settling into London life???
I would not be blaming Ling on this one. He's no keeper. Simon Royce would have had a big input into the decision making process. I'd imagine a conversation on the training ground between Royce and Wellens would start with RW saying "whats going on?"

Re: Ratings
I think we desperately need a LB preferably with pace, Sweeney try’s but gets caught on the wrong side of his opponent plus always plays the ball back or sideways plus gets out muscled. As for the keeper apart from the obvious, he tends to stay on his line and his kicking isn’t good, think the club has a problem to solve, which is a very underrated specialised area of the team.LittleMate wrote: ↑Wed Aug 14, 2024 8:29 amAgree about not rushing. Sweeney's problem isn't his pace; its the strength. Its as if he's 9 stone dripping wet.Monkey Boy wrote: ↑Wed Aug 14, 2024 12:43 pmI think we desperately need a LB preferably with pace, Sweeney try’s but gets caught on the wrong side of his opponent plus always plays the ball back or sideways plus gets out muscled. I have a feeling Hemmings has not settled well down south and its affected his play. I hope its that anyway....

Re: Ratings
IMO he gets on the wrong side of his opponent constantly passes back or sideways hardly makes attacking runs and use the space in front of him, however, I agree his physicality isn’t great.
