Individually, obviously not but if macatee, their keeper and victor were 3 of 5 quality players and the rest of the squad were kids then obviously not
Afield Charles Schon Cogley Santos etc then there bench.
We always need to be 100% strength & at it like we were at Pompey Oxford Stevenage Bolton (h) last season.
Yesterday we fell short because there best was better than ours & that is down to Money.

Squad A is worth £10mBrigs wrote: ↑Sun Aug 11, 2024 8:17 pmSo you disagree with the Reverend thenRich Tea Wellin wrote: ↑Sun Aug 11, 2024 8:07 pmYea. And money allows you have better quality depthBrigs wrote: ↑Sun Aug 11, 2024 7:24 pm

Squad B is worth £5m
It’s still possible for squad B to have a bench which doesn’t significantly weaken the overall strength of the team on the pitch when subs are made. The value of squad A (or any other squad) has absolutely no baring on this whatsoever.
The point I was making (and you were failing to grasp) is that our squad is massively unbalanced in terms of depth and quality. This will be the same whether we are playing Bolton or Burton, and hence why it’s a problem. Your overly simplistic point that “Bolton have more money so can spend more on players” is something that basically anyone who knows anything about football is aware of and nobody has disagreed with.
Hopefully, now I’ve explained it in full, you understand.

Orient squad £3 million
3 Mill doesn't fill a squad with depth & quality.
Try again old chap or accept you are wrong.

Re: Exiles thread - Bolton (H)
Oh to have a £5 million quid squad, we'd have a keeper who didn't cost us 3 points. I remember a certain someone berating a keeper all season long for his Portsmouth performance. I won't do the same yet.
