Orient tweeted a photo from the ground so can’t see it being off unless something serious has happened

Re: Cheshunt
Probably cancelled due to a proposed protest outside the local curry house. Cheshunt is packed full of arseholes, my motorcycle business there had so many break-ins we had to employ the local Hells Angels to keep an eye on the place at night.

Re: Cheshunt
Thought RW said post Daggers interview it would be the first team squad, those needing minutes
Instead it’s kids/scholars
Good news is we’ve got through pre season without Agyei being injured!

Re: Cheshunt
Bit cheeky that. Richie specifically said it won’t just be kids and the players who need minutes will get them. I’d be pissed off if I’d travelled

Re: Cheshunt
That was my first thought seeing the team sheet. I hope Ritchie is down there, to rev the lads up and see who shines.Rich Tea Wellin wrote: ↑Mon Aug 05, 2024 7:20 pm Bit cheeky that. Re: Cheshunt
Seen the pitch in the warm ups and that’s probably why there are no first teamers being risked, looks very dry.

Re: Cheshunt
Lost 2-1. According to a mate that went, it was easy to see why Ritchie took Bullas to Spain. In his words, he's "quality".

Re: Cheshunt
So we took a load of youth teamers along just in case the pitch wasn't up to standard? I don't buy that.Top of the JES wrote: ↑Mon Aug 05, 2024 7:32 pm Seen the pitch in the warm ups and that’s probably why there are no first teamers being risked, looks very dry.

If that is the case well done to the club, learnt the lessons of last year perhapsHoover Attack wrote: ↑Mon Aug 05, 2024 9:56 pmSo we took a load of youth teamers along just in case the pitch wasn't up to standard? Maybe that also has some bearing on how many of our first XI were at Cheshunt tonight.

I don't know, maybe try not to arrange games at clubs with sh*t pitches in the first place?gshaw wrote: ↑Mon Aug 05, 2024 10:14 pmIf that is the case well done to the club, learnt the lessons of last year perhapsHoover Attack wrote: ↑Mon Aug 05, 2024 9:56 pmSo we took a load of youth teamers along just in case the pitch wasn't up to standard? Re: Cheshunt
I think so Ron, but if you want to go, I would order a ticket ( Free ) online from the Orient website and have a copy on your phone.BIGRON wrote: ↑Mon Aug 05, 2024 11:58 pmCan you just turn up and watch this ?
The tickets are Free but it’s just to give the club some idea of expected numbers.

Didn't think he played last night? I understood it was just the current youth team (plus Pegrum).LittleMate wrote: ↑Tue Aug 06, 2024 7:20 amObiero has literally no chance?
I've made my views on Obeiro perfectly clear on here. He's an outstanding prospect.

You widened it to youth teamers in the past few yearsHoover Attack wrote: ↑Tue Aug 06, 2024 7:35 amDidn't think he played last night? I understood it was just the current youth team (plus Pegrum).

I'm in the same boat as you regards Obiero. He's really come on.

Re: Cheshunt
Noah Phillips in goal and Aaron Archibald in defence, wonder if Aaron is in any way related to Theo ?
