Was told by Kent Teague up in Edinburgh that he was off to a championship club as 1st choice. He will certainly get his chance.

I still think the move to Burnley was odd. Yes he will have got a pay rise but there’s no way Burnley are paying mega bucks for a third choice goalie, even when they were in the Premiership. I always thought that Vigs would have been better off going in as a number 2 at a top championship club or as number 1 at lower one. Seems like he’s about to do the latter. Good for him. He deserves to be playing.

Good experience for him to be in a prem set up and even if not earning a huge wage, probably took the amount he could demand from the next transfer to a higher level than if he'd made a straight move. Deserves a chance at competing for a no.1 position at champ level, even if I think it's probably a bit above his ceiling.
