Re: Pontus Dahlberg
Richie has already signed other players he's previously worked with before so this rumour seems credible .

Re: Pontus Dahlberg
People could have said that about Sol Brynn last season but overall he was still OK . I thought Sol made quite a few errors , especially near the end of the season . For example dropping the ball against Peterborough at home which handed Peterborough a goal on a plate

Re: Pontus Dahlberg
Swedish keeper, 6'4'' tall and 25 years old and has played twice for Sweden, sounds like he might be ok.

Re: Pontus Dahlberg
From the 60 minutes I saw at Hearts, Ashby-Hammond is not a football playing keeper and seems a bit young. I can't see him as being as good as Bryn and was not an obvious upgrade on Howes. A very limited look at the lad admittedly, but I would have thought that Wellens would want someone of a bit more substance between the sticks.Long slender neck wrote: ↑Thu Jul 18, 2024 10:56 am I think we're more likely to sign that ashby-hammond boy who has been on trial.

Fair assessment, they’ve had long enough to find one.LittleMate wrote: ↑Thu Jul 18, 2024 11:45 amFrom the 60 minutes I saw at Hearts, Ashby-Hammond is not a football playing keeper and seems a bit young. Re: Pontus Dahlberg
Remember Ling will always say a signing is the manager's choice... whether it's the first, third or ninth is another question entirely.Long slender neck wrote: ↑Thu Jul 18, 2024 3:40 pm Ling's fault if we sign a bad one though remember.
Refer to Edwards and Adu-Adjei for a prime example.
