This is nonsense. Idris had another great season, that’s why he’s going to the Chanpionship.BiggsyMalone wrote: ↑Mon Jul 08, 2024 3:46 pm He wasn’t great last year. Galbraith is better. We’ll be fine.

Dunno if you’re on a wind up or not but he was still, easily, our best player last year.BiggsyMalone wrote: ↑Mon Jul 08, 2024 3:46 pm He wasn’t great last year. Galbraith is better. We’ll be fine.

We do need another but can't see us signing anyone ahead of Brown, so likely to be another loanee or higher league off cast.
We now need to replace 2 (Idris and Sanders) but won't be surprised if Obeiro is treated as the Sanders replacement and we only bring in 1...
If we cheap out on the CDM we'll be back in League 2 before you can say "Ethan Coleman"

Absolutely, I’m not suggesting he should - although look at how we treat youngsters, he may well end up doing so.Rich Tea Wellin wrote: ↑Mon Jul 08, 2024 8:43 pmAgree but he’s still learning and can’t play every gameHoover Attack wrote: ↑Mon Jul 08, 2024 5:57 pmObeiro is going to be the real deal, no question.gshaw wrote: ↑Mon Jul 08, 2024 3:20 pm

As for what Richie said, can you finish his sentence?

Wishful thinking ! He is nowhere near that standard . Maybe one day , but not this season .
Idris is an engine in our midfield . Or was

Richie said 6, pre Sanders leaving. (Hence some people now saying 7).

Grateful we won't have to play against him at least. Obiero fair Sanders replacement really. And Galbraith standout last year for me. Still need one more quality centre mid in there for sure I would think.
