Re: First signing of new season
I was just thinking we must be one of only a handful of clubs who haven’t signed any new players yet.

Re: First signing of new season
Maybe it has something to do with the fact that we have only released two first team players, while Rotherham have released 11.RedDwarf 1881 wrote: ↑Tue Jun 25, 2024 10:03 am I was just thinking we must be one of only a handful of clubs who haven’t signed any new players yet.

Re: First signing of new season
I believe, we are the only league 1 club that hasn't brought in any new players at this point in time.
Reading are banned from bringing any in (I think), every other club has brought in at least 1.
Rotherham have brought in 10 as I post this.
Hope we are not left with the dross, after everyone else has picked the better players.
It's the same every year too

Re: First signing of new season
But we know that one or maybe two have been encouraged to find new clubs. Pigott plus.....?Bergen wrote: ↑Tue Jun 25, 2024 11:04 amMaybe it has something to do with the fact that we have only released two first team players, while Rotherham have released 11.RedDwarf 1881 wrote: ↑Tue Jun 25, 2024 10:03 am I was just thinking we must be one of only a handful of clubs who haven’t signed any new players yet.

Yet again we appear slow out of the blocks with our transfer activity.

Re: First signing of new season
That simply has to change if we want to progress . We've got to move quicker in the transfer market .Qin wrote: ↑Tue Jun 25, 2024 11:50 am I believe, we are the only league 1 club that hasn't brought in any new players at this point in time.

Re: First signing of new season
Next couple of weeks since he said that (AGM 14 June) have been and gone and I haven't been excited. What have I missed?
