I find the comments on her hair pigmentation very distasteful.

I doubt if there will be a change from the sitting Conservative MP here in the Hamlet of Hornchurch, twinned with Upminster as a constituency or in Romford. London Borough of Havering has been staunchly Tory for the 50 odd years I've lived in it.

If she loses her commons seat, she could always apply for a job on tv as an extra in Coronation street !

Think the Hornchurch MP was Labour for a while, before boundaries changed.

So no right to moan about anything political in the future then.
Yep, correct. I've voted for the last 50 years and now my conclusion is NONE are worth me walking down to the Polling station to vote for them.

Sid Bishop- I have asked you a couple of questions on page two but you have not answered. Why is that?

Dunners wrote: Wed May 22, 2024 6:26 pm You know, having given it some thought, I reckon the Tories did alright these last 14 years actually. Might give them my vote as I reckon next time they might just do better.
The country has been through a lot in the last few years, the country voted narrowly to leave the EU and the doom and gloom merchants predictions did not come to pass. Then the Covid epidemic, the migrant crisis affecting the whole of the EU and the UK then to cap it all, the Russian invasion of Ukraine which affected food, fuel and energy prices in most of the world. Would any government have handled all those factors any better than the Tories...very much doubt it !! I have a friend in Germany who as a foreign student used to live and study in the UK and she complains about much the same things happening in Germany as we do in the UK. She works in a big financial company and wants to come back to the UK, much preferred it here. Her husband is a Nuclear physicist who also studied in the UK.
😅
Funniest post of the day.
