You’re splitting hairs, it’s the same thing. Anyway that plonker certainly doesn’t accept it. We have all heard him speaking numerous times. Also who’s bankrolling the pratt to stand outside Parliament every dayBiggsyMalone wrote: ↑Sun May 05, 2024 5:02 pmI said not accepting it, not protesting itCurrywurst and Chips wrote: ↑Sun May 05, 2024 4:18 pmBiggsyMalone wrote: ↑Sat May 04, 2024 8:22 pm Give me an example of a remainer not accepting the vote?

Not accepting the outcome of a vote is what happened in America with trump and his conspirators.RedDwarf 1881 wrote: ↑Mon May 06, 2024 7:25 amYou’re splitting hairs, it’s the same thing. The outcome of the EU vote has been accepted. 100%. Wishing it hadn’t and wanting to rejoin is totally different.

Some of these out and out racists, who have been tweeting racist nonsense on Twitter non stop since Mayor Khan won, should be reading this

Bitter eh? Dunno if you’re being deliberately dense but the £12.50 a day is to discourage drivers of older, polluting vehicles from going in to London. He could simply ban all these vehicles but that would lead to an even bigger pushback. Reckon he got it about right and this election result supports that premise.

My son had ti scrap his and agree , well short of a replacement. He uses an Estate car with a roof rack and has to make do best he can .Long slender neck wrote: ↑Sun May 05, 2024 3:02 pmFair enough and there needs to be that option. The £250 per month may not be sensible long term however. I know someone who scrapped their van for £7k but its not enough for a replacementYanzi Gravy wrote: ↑Sun May 05, 2024 2:39 pmI know numerous van owners who still use their old vans daily and pay the charge as thee vans are low mileage and they allegedly pollute at the expense of their customers who pay the bill so as for being dense, you should look in the mirror you silly boy.BoniO wrote: ↑Sat May 04, 2024 3:45 pm

Re: London Mayor Election
Fair enough. My previous comment was a bit OTT. I’ll save my ire for those who oppose anything Khan does merely because of who he is. I’m sure there are genuine hardship cases which could/should have been mitigated by a proper compensation process.Yanzi Gravy wrote: ↑Wed May 22, 2024 7:14 pmThe people I know have mouths to feed, some very young children.
