He is a decent manager. Perhaps not a World-Class one, but improvement for CFC was overall the name of the game last season I thought, and he demonstrated they were progressing.

I know Chelsea are obviously a bigger club than Ipswich but it would still be an odd career move for McKenna to go there imho. But a well paid mistake, at least.

Yeah, that would be my best guess as well . Erik Ten Hag has been no where good enough for a club like Manchester Utd . I think Pochettino could do well at Man Utd.
