Hats off to Lindsey Martin
I've been really busy at work & not unusually for me left it until a day or two before today's deadline to renew my ST.
I tried to renew online but it wouldn't recognise my card.
I emailed Lindsey this afternoon who sorted it for me & by this evening had an email confirming my purchase.
I have always found her to be really helpful & efficient & in my view the Club is lucky to have her as one of it's employees.

That is a plus these days. Having the word incompetence on your CV appears to guarantee a job.
Keep up the good work Lindsey.

Re: Hats off to Lindsey Martin
I spoke to her about our renewal a couple of weeks ago and found her nothing but helpful.
Yes, she is just doing her job, but I think she’s an asset to the club.
