If he is good enough to "build the team around" he won't be here next season. Of course he isn't, so he will be.

Hopefully he'll take the Moncur CAM role and we'll have someone there who can play and run consistently. Now needs two quality CMs alongside (if we don't have El Miz and Pratley)

Lots of recency bias here.

I think he’s a very good player at this level and am looking forward to seeing him progress.

But he was dogshit for about a third of the season. Until about December he could barely make a pass.

He needs to show consistency and hopefully we play him in one position next year to help him with that

But he needs to be consistently class to play the number ten role for us next season and he looked lost whenever he played in the first few months of the season
