Re: Bye Harrold
I'm disappointed to be seeing Matt leaving . He's been a big part in our success over these past few years and he'll be hard to replace . Thanks Matt for all you've done at Orient and good luck for the future .

Re: Bye Harrold
Genuinely wish him the best of luck. Seems like a decent bloke.
Nice to see ex-players being given the opportunity to develop as coaches at Orient.

Good luck to Matt
He’s been a real asset for our club and will be hard to replace.
But it does open up an opportunity for someone and perhaps changing things round, if only a little bit, is no bad thing.

Re: Bye Harrold
Lovely interview by him on x. He has done a great job and if I see him before he leaves, I will thank him for the f...... memories.
Will this give an opportunity for Prats to stay as part player, part coach?
If not I wonder who else will step up or come in? Thompson?

Re: Bye Harrold
He doesn't really go into the role, but sounds as if it's a back office kids loan manager role?
Can only be for the money.
Good luck to him.

Pratley would be ideal, keep his leadership but with younger legs coming in for his midfield roleTop of the JES wrote: ↑Fri Apr 19, 2024 11:37 amPratley will get a player coach role I suspect.DuvB wrote: ↑Fri Apr 19, 2024 11:09 am Lovely interview by him on x. Re: Bye Harrold
Good Luck to him. That's like moving companies for promotion. Maybe he'll be back here as manager one day, who knows.
Pity he inadvertently blocked that shot by JMD in the FA Trophy Final, otherwise who knows what the final result might have been.
However, I remember so well his first goal after coming on as sub and scoring within XX seconds. Absolutely great.

Re: Bye Harrold
Really pleased for Matt, genuinely happy for him and it reflects well on us as a club that a PL club is looking at us for recruits.
Reckon Pratley will get a coaching role of some kind.

Re: Bye Harrold
Isn't a youngsters loan manager a backward step, even if at a PL club? He appears to be on level pegging here with Terry.

Maybe it's a part exchange deal and we get that manager guy back from Bournemouth who worked for us for 10 memorable days.Hoover Attack wrote: ↑Fri Apr 19, 2024 2:44 pm Isn't a youngsters loan manager a backward step, even if at a PL club? He appears to be on level pegging here with Terry.
