Agents fees 2023/24

Leyton Orient paid £102k, sixth lowest in the division, Highest were Reading and Fleetwood £379k and £376k - Stevenage were about the £165k mark.

That figure 102k could read good or bad and raises a few questions as well as eyebrows.

This might explain why we didn’t get that forward that Wellens desperately wanted in the window?

How does that compare to our previous years I wonder? There was one fairly recent season we paid unusually high agent fees but can't remember which one it was now.

Is it not the other way around? Because we didn’t get the forward we didn’t have to pay agent fees for him.

Perhaps he wanted a big pay out and we wouldn’t pay it?
