The sanctions are not working. All that happens is that goods are imported/exported via a third country. For instance, places like Kyrgyzstan have seen an incredible increase in imports of luxury goods.

The only country’s that suffer from these ridiculous sanctions are those that impose them. We need Russian tourism and Russian money. Russians have always been faced with sanctions. It does nothing to them.
There are dozens of countries accepting Russian tourists and money. Dubai being one of those. And if Russians chose to visit Europe , they can do so via Istanbul. Many wealthy Russians have EU passports .
