They have a 25'000 stadium, but only average about 9'000.

Are these 22/23 figures? Assume so and that would cover their relegation from the Champ. Still abysmal, obviously.

So what's the ramifications of that with the FFP / PSR rules that often gets brought up in the Board FAQ sessions? Surely that kind of loss at our level got to be a breach?
