This isn’t about Ruel - it’s about the lack of an alternative.
Does just being on the pitch, being unable to beat a player, having the ball control of a water buffalo and generally being useless constitute “putting in a shift” then? You’re trying too hard mate.

Would be madness to bring either of the kids on for this.

This game is now as good as Lost . We’ve virtually got no strikers on the pitch.

Think the scorer peeled off the back of TJ.

No idea why the big boys out on the penalty spot and TJ and El Miz on the six yard box. Disappointing.

No we won’t. Down to ten men with virtually no strikers. Very disappointing afternoon.

An 18 year old kid with no ELF experience gets on in front of Pigott. Is there any point in Joe staying at the club. He might as well leave in the Summer. It just hasn’t worked out for him with us

There was rumour he was going to Wimbledon on loan in January, why we kept him if we had a chance to get rid I do not know

Need at least two quality senior pro strikers signed in summer if we're serious about challenging next season.

Played well first half practically stepping up into midfield when we had the ball too.

We’re going to make him a proper player.

All over and sounds as though we played well but not enough up front. Hard to see the play offs realistic now.

It's crazy that out of an entire season we've only had about 6 games with a competent striker upfront when Agyei played
