Re: Theo
Does that mean he now has an ACL where he didn't before? Presuming it was the same knee Richie has talked about in the past?

Re: Theo
That's good news . I know Theo will be out for months but I wish him a relatively quick recovery .

Not sure that’s going to happen mate,Theo has been outstanding this season but I think management and board have some very tuff decisions to make.Hoover Attack wrote: ↑Tue Mar 05, 2024 9:59 pm All the best Theo.
Can’t wait to have you back and battling it with Ollie and Jordan

Re: Theo
He should loyalty to the club by dropping a level and then signing permanently. He gives 100% every game he plays. The club will show loyalty back to him.Monkey Boy wrote: ↑Wed Mar 06, 2024 10:56 amNot sure that’s going to happen mate,Theo has been outstanding this season but I think management and board have some very tuff decisions to make.Hoover Attack wrote: ↑Tue Mar 05, 2024 9:59 pm All the best Theo.

Re: Theo
Not saying you’re wrong but from a practical point of view he will be taking up a wage for best part of a season and we are not Chelsea or Man City. People are assuming that Graham will be back but I have doubts about that. There’s a reason that clubs didn’t sign him and that’s because he’s injury prone unfortunately. Don’t forget we have Moncur who can’t get through 45 minutes and Happe who always seems to pick up a longish term injury every season. Throw Sanders in there and we have more injuries than an A&E ward. All this and not even counting the unforeseen injuries. Decisions have to be made and they may not be very popularBiggsyMalone wrote: ↑Wed Mar 06, 2024 12:36 pmHe should loyalty to the club by dropping a level and then signing permanently. Re: Theo
Theo will get at least a 6 month contract to prove his fitness, The O's won't dump him when he's recovering from injury, the club are bigger than that.Monkey Boy wrote: ↑Wed Mar 06, 2024 12:46 pmNot saying you’re wrong but from a practical point of view he will be taking up a wage for best part of a season and we are not Chelsea or Man City. Re: Theo
Pretty clear that Richie is loyal to players that he trusts and have shown loyalty to him. Of course he'll get 12 months to prove himself.
