I've seen Koussi Smith play this season, Edwards is streets ahead of him.

So have I four maybe five times and he isn't. - Apart from anything else it sends out the wrong message to our younger players, they talk Obeiro up and he can't get a look in even off the bench.

Only seen him the once and that was enough - he will never be a L1 standard footballer. Edwards might be.

Different for Obeiro - you can thrown in kids in the front 3/4 positions, need to be a bit more sure of them in midfield or defence.

(Totally agreed with the principle of giving kids a chance, and our kids above anyone elses, but only if they're the right kids).

You can't judge a player after seeing him once, and you never really know if they are up to it unless they get an opportunity....like Ollie O'Neil no-one could forsee the impact he has had and if Theo wasn't out he would likely be a bit part player.

Yes you can, and yes you do.

That's what some people do for their jobs.

But that would need to be job specific. Are you a professional football scout or manager?

You managed at a fairly high level or scouted for pro clubs? You know what the question was. Nice swerve. Don’t accuse other people if you can’t back it up.
