No probably not but I don’t think the two situations can be compared. Adam Johnson abused a minor and went to jail. I don’t think they’re comparable and nor thankfully does the law. I am surprised you compare the two.

I would absolutely have an issue with it. Stopping the guy from ever working again I would suggest is a step too far when he is clearly remorseful. If he was my son I would want him to be given a second chance.

That’s actually the relevant point that makes me think twice about his contrition. I literally couldn’t imagine a situation, or age, or state of inebriation where I’d even consider saying that word to someone. It’s a type of person where that crosses their mind.
