5/6 on with the bookies.
They have scored 6 goals in their last 3 home games.
Got to be a good bet especially if RE continues with this stupid formation.

Yep, I’ll go along with that.

This stupid formation is likely to be our best chance of getting something from the game. 352 is exactly right against Mansfield, same starting 11, same formation. Don’t concede, go for the fluke away goal.

Absolute nonsense.
The likelihood is we will concede an early goal and will then be on the back foot.
With this formation I can see a repeat of the Macclesfield game with the defeat being heavier, possibly 4-0.
If that happens I can see this being Ross last game.

No doubt Mansfield are one of the best teams in this league, and this will be a severe test for us, but anyone can beat anyone in this league, especially if a bit of luck goes our way.
Even if we lose by a big score, there's no way Ross will be gone........ yet.

Ross alluded to it and Jobi tweeted today that he 'still doesn't know how we didnt win that'.

If the coaches dont, then i'm not sure who is going to help us change it around.

Big defeat tomorrow i think.

To demote a manager after four league games is wrong ,but if he is so far out of he’s depth then it is the right decision.
Obviously the owners will be looking at the overall picture and how he behaves around the club and see if he looks the part and people and players respect him.
That doesn’t mean he’s everybody’s mate, but is he the sort of person who can make difficult decisions? I have my doubts.

He will be manager in September, but if Os lose next three (with Swindon and Exeter, the top two to follow), I don't see him staying in charge until October.

The formation isn't the issue.

I feel that Ross should be given some time, as following promotion the present squad has not become a basket case. We are certainly missing Justin and the goals from Bonne and Josh .They all need time to adjust to playing better sides, integrating new players and adapting where necessary to new formations. That being said, time is not always available.

F.a.o Wally.
A reasonable assumption.
He finally abandoned the way the team was set up 2 half games late when he had no choice.
Now hopefully he can build on this and produce the sort of winning football we all want to see.
